IAD

Introduction

The IAD (Internet Access to Data) Service is a web based tool designed to be used by the authorised users to interrogate certain data relating to a supply meter point. In addition, the IAD Service also provides authorised users the opportunity to access further details pertaining to supply meter points that are within their supply meter point portfolio and other authorised users the opportunity to view details of particular supply meter points relating to properties they own.

The normal operational hours of the IAD Service are from 06.00 to 22.00 hours Monday to Saturday (excluding all bank and public holidays).
