Andrew Szabo – Chief Customer Officer

Andrew joined Xoserve in September 2019, taking on the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

Andrew started his career with the Yorkshire Bank before joining the Bradford & Bingley Building Society as an IT Helpdesk Engineer. In 2003, Andy joined KONE Plc, a multi-billion global manufacturing organisation, where he led their SAP implementation, transforming their customer and operations processes at the same time.

In 2007, Andy joined International Personal Finance, a sub-prime lending organisation servicing over 3 million consumers across Latin America and Central Europe where he transformed their customer collection journeys from being paper-based to digital.

Before joining Xoserve, Andrew was European Head of Customer Fulfilment at consumer credit reporting firm Equifax, where he was responsible for all of the onboarding and technical support of Equifax customers across Europe.

As CCO, Andrew aims to bring to life his passion for excellent customer service to our customers, helping our people understand not just what our customers need and expect from us, but what our customers’ consumers expect from them.
