Ranjit Patel – Chief Customer Officer

Ranjit joined Xoserve in January 2018, bringing his experience in management consulting, telecoms and the retail sector to his new role as Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

Ranjit has held roles in customer management, product management and technology delivery. He led customer teams for BT's wholesale division, in an industry with similar market competition and regulatory governance frameworks to those in which Xoserve strives to excel today.

Most recently he was Director of Business Change Delivery for Clarks, the global footwear company.

Ranjit is passionate about helping organisations to realign their practices and culture towards Customer Centric thinking. His priority at Xoserve is to ensure that we listen to and partner with our customers, and that we have the organisational capacity to deliver on our promises.
