Sandra has worked in the gas industry for over 25 years, having joined British Gas in 1990.
In 1995, Sandra moved to Solihull to work on the Implementation and Testing of the Network Code (ITONC).
Sandra has a background in IT and worked in application support for a number of years before moving into programme delivery. Sandra then worked on a number of projects including the introduction of the Gemini system in 2005.
Sandra joined Xoserve in 2005 as Application Support Manager and formed the IS Operations Team, later taking on the role of Head of IS Operations until 2012.
Before joining the Executive Team, she spent four years as Head of Stakeholder Engagement, working closely with our customers to better understand their needs and develop relationships across the industry.
Sandra moved on to lead the Operations Department, before taking up her new role as Chief People Officer, where she is focussed on ensuring that our highly knowledgeable workforce delivers its critical services reliably, efficiently and securely.
As we continue to transform and grow to meet the needs of our customers, Sandra's role as Chief People Officer is dedicated to ensuring our people are at the heart of what we do, and that we utilise their skills to the full.
In her role, she is transforming Xoserve into a truly people-powered organisation.
