Dear Colleague,

On Monday 1st April we issued the latest Key Value Indicator (KVI) Change Management Survey. Thank you to those who have already responded to our request, your feedback is very much appreciated.

We have identified an issue where the original request containing the link to the survey has failed to reach some of you. We believe this is due to firewall issues.

For those of you who haven’t received our requests or have been unable to access the survey, please click here for an alternative way to submit your feedback to us through an Excel spreadsheet. We have also extended the deadline for providing feedback to Friday 17th May 2019, 5pm.

When completing the spreadsheet, please ensure that you complete all the columns with blue headers to ensure your feedback can be included. As a reminder you should base your feedback on all Change Management activities carried out by us over the last three months, 1st January 2019 to 31st March 2019. The scope of your feedback should include UK Link scheduled releases, UK Link minor releases, minor enhancements, and Gemini releases. During this period we have successfully implemented Release 3 Track 2, February 2019 Documentation Release, Minor Release Drop 3 and XRN4534 Amendment to Review of Gas Metering Arrangement (RGMA) Validation Rules for Meter Asset Installation Date – details of each can be found on our website. We have also implemented the new Change Pages on our website and held Customer Awareness sessions for the February 2019 Release, November 2019 Release Scope and XRN4665 Creation of new End User Categories (due to be implemented in August/September 2019).

We would like to encourage you to take this opportunity to feed into our Change Management process, by giving us your thoughts on what we are doing well, so we know to continue to do this and what we need to improve on, so we are able to take action. All feedback is very much appreciated, so please take a few minutes to let us know how you feel we are doing.

We know that some Customers would prefer to submit feedback confidentially. If you do need to use the spreadsheet and want to keep your details confidential, please omit your name and organisation on the form, and we will ensure your details are not included in the collated feedback. Please submit your completed form by replying to this email or sending directly to uklink@xoserve.com.

If you have any questions, please contact us via uklink@xoserve.com.

Kind Regards,Emma Smith – Head of Customer Change
