Work is underway to provide a new, improved website for Xoserve.
Customers have told us that their experience with our current website is poor and they struggle to find the information they need.
The new website will launch in January 2019 and will feature an advanced search function and a new site structure, which should both ensure that finding documents on the site is much easier. There will be a new Learning Centre, where visitors will be able to access training materials and other resources providing detailed information about the work we do across a range of topics. The site will also feature a section where visitors will be able to see the latest on any issues being experienced, as well as an enhanced news and updates section.
We are also reviewing all of the content on the current site to ensure that it is up to date and clear before we move it to the new site.
