The Institute of Customer Service
Xoserve is a member of The Institute of Customer Service, an independent professional membership body that helps organisations improve their business performance by increasing the quality of their customers’ experiences.
Membership gives us access to research and insight, benchmarking and accreditation programmes, and customer service training and qualifications. There are also a number of networking and ‘best practice’ sharing events available that help us to identify where we can make improvements to our processes. Our membership also allows us to take part in both the External Business Benchmarking Survey and Internal company wide Servcheck Surveys.

Xoserve has achieved the CICMQ accreditation, the quality in credit management accreditation that is a recognised standard within the wider credit industry and is championed by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
Obtaining the accreditation enables Xoserve to further enhance the skills, knowledge and expertise of its Credit team, which it believes is fundamental to maintaining its profile, whilst complementing its current training programme with the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
The process of review entailed interviewing all Credit Management staff and key stakeholders across the business; key focus was given to strategy, performance objectives and future plans for the organisation, how often the Credit Policy is reviewed and the current controls, internal communication, how queries are dealt with, training development and customer engagement.
