Sandra has worked in the gas industry for over 25 years, joining British Gas Scotland in 1990. In 1995 she moved to Solihull to work on the Implementation and Testing of the Network Code (ITONC) focusing on the readiness of AT-Link and UK Link for Go-Live.
Sandra has an IT background, working in Application Support for a number of years before moving into Programme Delivery, implementing a number of projects including the introduction of the Gemini System in 2005. She joined Xoserve in December 2005 as Application Support Manager and formed the IS Operations team, taking on the role of Head of IS Operations until 2012. Prior to joining the Executive team, Sandra spent four years as Head of Stakeholder Engagement, working closely with Xoserve’s customers to understand their needs and developing collaborative relationships across the industry.
Sandra now leads our Operations department and is focused on ensuring that our highly knowledgeable workforce delivers industry critical services in a reliable, efficient and secure manner. She balances the challenges of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and demanding standards of service, whilst managing the impact of high volumes of change in our customers’ service requirements.
