UK Link Post Implementation Support

UK Link Information Library

To support the industry during this critical period, the UK Link Information Library should be your first point of contact.

The UK Link Information Library holds the most up to date FAQs that have been gathered during Market Trials testing, and includes links to processes, process workarounds, awareness material that has previously been delivered to the industry and the final BRDs.

Query Team

There is also a Query Team in place from 1st June to support and manage non-technical queries that are not already in the UK Link Information Library. Further detail on the definition of a query and how a query will be managed through to resolution can be found on our website here.

A query can be raised to the Query Team by completing the template that can be found within the UK Link Information Library. Once raised, a ticket reference number will be assigned to it and will be routed to the Query Team for resolution.
