Xoserve has today (Wednesday 13th June) launched proposals for the development of its 2019 Business Plan and begun a period of consultation with its customers.
Xoserve CEO Sian Jones said: “We’ve listened to and reflected on customer feedback from last year’s planning cycle, including the many helpful comments that we received at our Customer Day in April.
We want to run a process that gives customer lots of opportunity to engage with us and tell us their views.”
Xoserve’s Chief Customer Officer Ranjit Patel added: “We will set aside a significant part of the Data Services Contract (DSC) Contract Management Committee meeting on 20th June to discuss the approach and gather customer feedback. We have a number of other activities planned to gather feedback and would really urge our customers to get involved and shape the Business Plan.”
Consultation responses should be emailed to email@example.com by 27th June. A report summarising consultation feedback will be sent to customers and published on this website by 11th July and will be presented for discussion at the DSC Contract Management Committee meeting on 18th July.
