In September 2018, we issued our draft Business Plan to gather valuable feedback from our customers on the proposals in our 2019 Business Plan. We are sharing the Customer Feedback Report with you today, which summarises the feedback that we have received on our draft Plan. In response, we are making a number of amendments to the Plan’s financial forecasts, although our big picture ambition for the next three years remains unchanged.
We have quantified the impact of these amendments on our total expenditure requirements and on customer constituency funding. We are now asking for our customers’ views on the updates made to the draft Business Plan, before we issue the final draft in January 2019.
We have launched a consultation for the draft Plan, which will close on Friday 7th December 2018. We have created various ways for our customers to provide feedback:
- We are hosting a webcast on Friday 30th November at 10:00am, where we will deliver an overview of the updated draft Plan and provide customers with the opportunity to ask questions. Please contact your Customer Advocate for more details.
- Our customers can have a direct discussion with one of our Customer Advocates, who will be able to provide further information around the Plan and highlight how it will allow us to meet our customers’ evolving needs.
- Customers can join the discussion at the Data Services Contract (DSC) Contract Management Committee meeting on Thursday 29th November 2018.
- Our customers can send their feedback to us directly to email@example.com by Friday 7th December 2018.
We will publish a report in December that summarises the feedback we receive as part of the consultation period. We will then publish the final draft Business Plan on Wednesday 9th January 2019.
