Xoserve has published its 2017/18 Annual Report, providing an overview of the company’s performance over the last twelve months, and looking forward to what our strategy means for our customers.
Xoserve Chairman Nick Durlacher said, “I am delighted to be able to introduce this edition of our Annual Report. It provides both a look back at our business and financial performance for 2017/18, and a look forward to the organisation that we want to become at the heart of a rapidly changing energy market. With oversight and direction from the Board, our Chief Executive Officer Sian Jones is successfully navigating Xoserve to a new future with the customer at the heart of everything we do, where we strive for simplification of the market for the benefit of the whole industry and ultimately the energy consumer.”
Sian Jones commented, “The publication of our 2017/18 Annual Report marks the completion of my first year as Xoserve Chief Executive Officer. It’s been an enormously busy twelve months with many challenges, but also with some significant successes. We’ve created an exciting new strategy that we believe will deliver real benefit to the energy market and to energy consumers.
We’re operating in an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving market, and demand for our resources and capability is both growing and diversifying.
I am encouraged and motivated by the passion Xoserve people have to deliver against our strategy, and critically, we have the support of our customers, who we thank for providing valuable and candid feedback at every step along the way thus far and who I want to thank for supporting us to deliver against our most transformational year yet.”
