Following the planned maintenance outage the Consumer Enquiry Service has now resumed, and is available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Calls can be made to 0870 608 1524 and are charged at 7p per minute, plus your network’s access charges if applicable.
You can also find out who is supplying the gas to the property you occupy, along with your Gas Transporter and Meter Point Reference Number by using the Find My Supplier web service here.
