Find My Supplier Has Been Restored

We’re pleased to announce that the issue affecting the Find My Supplier web service has been resolved and the service is now live again.

As part of our ongoing testing, we identified an issue in the current Find My Supplier web service that could potentially be abused by a malicious user. In response we’ve implemented a solution to enhance the security of the web service. This has now been deployed and we are confident that the service is no longer at risk of being abused by a malicious user.

In addition to using the Find My Supplier web service (www.findmysupplier.energy), you can also find out who is supplying the gas to the property you occupy and details about the tariff you are on by calling the Xoserve Domestic Consumer M Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524. Calls are charged at 7p per minute, plus your network’s access charges if applicable.
