As part of our continuing efforts to improve the services we offer, and to deliver our strategic pillar commitments, the Technical Operations team will be providing customers with a high degree of transparency of our incident data.
Our new monthly Incident Report provides an overview of major incidents experienced in the previous calendar month. It will describe high-level impacts and causes, and the resolution we took (or are undertaking) to resolve an incident.
The report will enable customers to have a greater insight of activities happening across our IT platforms, that support their critical business processes. As well as providing them with an understanding of what we are doing to maintain and improve our service.
