The planned outage to Xoserve systems happening on Sunday 15th September 2019 between 5am and 11am, has been cancelled. The outage will now take place on Sunday 22nd September during the hours of 5am to 11am.
Below is an extract of the outage details from the original communication with amendments to reflect the above changes to the scheduled date.
In readiness for the replacement of network services across Xoserve, on Sunday 22nd September there will be a planned outage from 5am to 11am on Xoserve systems. This outage will allow us to migrate network links from our existing supplier, to our new one.
During this outage period there may be some disruption to our services and customers may not be able to log into UK Link and the Data Enquiry Service.
A summary of the outage date and times can be found below:
- Standard maintenance window: 5am to 7am
- Additional outage time: 7am to 11am
