What topics would you like covered at our next Expert Training Day?

On Wednesday 24th April we are holding a Customer Expert Training Day.
The day will run from 9:30am to 3:30pm and will consist of two parts, both aimed at those with a practitioner level knowledge (those with considerable knowledge of the gas industry):
- The first session will provide an overview of the chosen topic areas
- The second session will feature Surgery Stations for topic areas with our Customer Process Experts. This will be an opportunity to engage in a Question and Answer session and receive responses to questions and queries in an informal space
Our Customer Expert Days feature a question and answer session between your experts and ours. Presented in an open forum setting, the day allows for full and frank questions on the chosen topic areas.
In preparation for the day, we would like to know what the top three topic areas are that you would like to see at the event.
