We’re introducing our new Xoserve Academy, our platform for upskilling our people and positioning them for success.

We are ambitious. We aren’t content with delivering a satisfactory service to our customers. We want to delight them.

Our people are central in our ability to achieving this. They are the key to our success, achieving our mission and in our ability to deliver on our customer commitments.

To do this, it’s crucial that we position our people for success, through providing them with the knowledge, skills and capability to perform to the best of their abilities.

This is why we are investing in the development of an Xoserve Academy.

What is the Xoserve Academy?

Our Academy will be the ‘go to’ place for collaborative learning across Xoserve. A platform where our people can hone their skills, identify and build their career paths, access learning programmes and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

We have big expectations for our Academy, and it’s essential that we deliver it right, so that our customers can benefit from a skilful, knowledgeable and ambitious workforce. Which is why we know that delivering this effectively isn’t an overnight task.

We are aiming to deliver the full Academy, equipped with its dynamic and versatile offering by 2021. However, supporting and developing our people to be the best they can be needs to happen now. This is why we are splitting our Academy development into phases.

Phase One

Our first phase focusses on building and developing our people in six key critical skills -Customer Centricity, Data Driven, Change Management, Operational Excellence, Exceptional Leadership and Personal Effectiveness. ​

These are skills needed universally across Xoserve in every role, to drive Xoserve’s performance and deliver on our customer commitments.
