We’re aware that you may be experiencing difficulty in accessing our Data Enquiry Service or with the speed of the service. We would like to apologise for the impact that this issue may be having on your business.
Since we identified the issue last Tuesday, we’ve been working hard to understand why this is happening, but despite making some change, we know this is still causing a problem for many of you.
We’re continuing to look at the reasons why this is happening, including working with users of the service to understand the higher usage rates we are currently seeing, and seeking to improve the capacity of the service as quickly as possible.
We’ll provide another update on Friday 12th April 2019, 10:30am via the Alerts Bar on our website.
