On 25th April, Xoserve held a Customer Day at its Solihull offices. The purpose of the day was to share Xoserve’s new strategy with customers and to gain their input into a number of new initiatives that are being planned to help deliver the strategy.

In response to feedback gathered from customers on the day, delivery plans for each initiative are now available. The information has been collated into an interactive format for easy navigation between the initiatives. Any customers who would like to get involved in specific initiatives can contact the initiative owners directly.

This pack will be regularly updated and revised versions will be published via this website.

Regular updates, as well as requests for more input from Customers, will also be managed by individual Customer Account Managers and this work will also form a regular agenda item at the Data Services Contract (DSC) Change Management and Contract Management Committees.
