We are proud of our track record in giving great support to our customers through our various systems.
We realise though, that there may be issues with systems or processes where multiple customers are affected. Usually, we can get these resolved quickly but sometimes there are underlying issues that take longer to resolve.
The Issue Management spreadsheet provides a log of these issues and is updated once a week.
We have created dedicated pages addressing a couple of the key issues currently affecting customers. They contain the very latest updates on what work is underway to address these issues.
