Our customers rely on constant access to our systems, which is why we have a round-the-clock programme of systems maintenance. We proactively improve and redevelop our secure systems to ensure they remain available and reliable for our customers.

All system outages are indicated by the alert status, visible at the top of every page on this site. A solid green line indicates that all systems are fully operational. A solid amber line indicates there is an ongoing alert. You can view the details by clicking on the 'View Alert Status' tab. Any planned outages are also announced ahead of time on the System Outages page.

Systems Access

Our systems are delivered through the Xoserve Services Portal and our secured sites.

Access to the portal is managed by your Local Security Officer (LSO). Registered users can log in to the Xoserve Services Portal to access:

  • Contact Management
  • Data Enquiry 
  • Access Controls

You can request access to our secured sites by completing a Secure Site Access Request Form.

Once authorised, users from the shipper community and networks can view information and access:

  • UK Link Documentation
  • Network Companies
  • Gemini E-training
