Event Details

Date:      Thursday 13 November
Time:  9:30 – 10:30am
Location: Microsoft Teams

We are hosting a customer playback session to share the work undertaken to assess the feasibility of potential solutions to the pain points raised in the UK Link Pain Point workshops.

Xoserve’s Architecture, Project Trident and Customer Engagement teams have been analysing the technical feasibility, costs, benefits and potential industry impacts of several options using the Five Case Model used within HMT Green Book. This method has allowed us to validate solution options and develop a suggested sequence of implementation.

During this playback session will share our approach, high-level findings and proposed next steps. There will also be an opportunity for customer feedback.

This session is open to all DSC customers.

If there are any individuals who you would like to invite from your organisations, please contact communications@xoserve.com and we will share the invite with them.

Please note that we will be using MS Teams recording during this session.

More information on Project Trident is available on our dedicated Project Trident webpage.
