Summary
Following prioritisation discussions at ChMC, in release/sprint 5 (December 2024 to January 2025), we intend to continue with the DDP changes to:
DN’s – DN Invoice Forecast
- Creating a report for tracking December snapshot potential costs through to April so DNs are aware of any fluctuations.
 
- Adding new Charge Type Code 'ZCO' filter into global filter of charging simulation dashboard.
 
- Adding overall percentage differences in the charging simulation summary report.
 
- (Stretch) Create report showing meter point level calculation for supply points that have individually calculated charge types.
 
Shippers – Shipper Pack
- Create a view of read rejection reasons so that shippers can compare their performance with the industry.
 
- Create a report so shippers can view the number of meter points that have an incorrect meter read factor and / or units’ definition in their portfolio for the previous month including a 12-month trend.
 
- (Stretch) Create a report showing monthly industry must read performance totals as a percentage and as a 12-month trend.
 
IGTs – IGT Reads
- Create a Quick Reference feature to look up Rejection Codes, as well as trend analysis on Rejection Reasons
 
- (Stretch) Create a view to help the IGTs understand the read rejection reasons where meter points have not been consistently read.
