Final Business Plan

Our 2022 Business Plan reflects our extensive customer consultation and was approved by our Board on 27 January 2022.

The Plan sets out our strategic priorities and budget for the financial year commencing April 2022 and provides forecasts for the next two financial years.

This includes a recap of our strategy and goals for the next three years, along with our planning assumptions and a summary of the consultation process.

There is also a suite of financial schedules with key information on our expenditure requirements and how these are funded by our customer constituencies.

This year we've included a Statement of Assurance from Xoserve's Board

This statement sets out how we’ve engaged with our Board during the business planning process.

It also states how the Board has assured itself that the 2022 Business Plan represents what is required to deliver Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) services and meet our customers’ requirements.
