This early notification is intended to promote transparency, a fair competition, ensure equal opportunity, and support effective supplier readiness ahead of the formal launch of the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).

At this stage, no fixed date has been set for publication of the two PQQs, although suppliers should expect the procurement process to begin shortly. Further information, including formal procurement documentation and timelines, will be issued to registered interested parties through the Delta e-sourcing portal once the process is formally launched.
Actions for interested suppliers
1. Register on the Delta eSourcing Portal by 6 February 2026
To ensure you are included in all upcoming procurement communications, all suppliers interested in participating must register on the Delta e-sourcing portal via this link: www.delta-esourcing.com/suppliers
2. Provide contact details to the Xoserve Commercial Team by 6 February 2026
All registered suppliers should provide a single email address (mailbox preferred but can be an individual) to be provided to xoserve.commercial@xoserve.com. This contact will be responsible for receiving all communications and be responsible for submitting response to the upcoming PQQ(s).
