We’re pleased to announce that we have been reaccredited by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and this has all been done whilst working remotely. The accreditation is a recognised standard in Credit Management which a number of our customers have also attained.
The reaccreditation process assessed the Credit Team and other internal stakeholders against the following criteria:
- Credit Policy
- Customer Service
- Personal and Professional Development
- Performance Management
- Stakeholder Management and Roadmap
Our successful reaccreditation highlights that our governance, methods and procedures are of the highest standard, and provides formal recognition of our organisation’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and best practice.
