We’ve published the first draft of our Business Plan for 2026-29 (BP26)

We are pleased to present the first draft of our Business Plan 2026-29 (BP26). BP26 sets out the scope and draft budget for the provision of Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) services during the 2026/27 financial year and a forecast for the financial years 2027/28 and 2028/29. 

We have made the Business Plan even more accessible by making content available on the dedicated BP26 online portal. Here you can:

• Access all documents and related content
  
  
• Engage in discussion with Xoserve and other organisations via the forum functionality
  
  
• Watch videos and read the summaries from past events
  
  
• Download ancillary documents including DSC constituency budget workbooks and performance / workload statistics

This publication kicked off a two-week consultation period which closed on 14 October 2025.
