Xoserve's Business Plan: the Final Principles and Approach for 2023-24

As part of Xoserve’s annual activities to engage with customers on the development of the Business Plan for 2023-24 (BP23), we recently shared a draft of our Principles and Approach.

We would like to thank those customers who provided us with feedback during the consultation period. This feedback will be essential in the development of the draft of Business Plan 2023.

The key themes which emerged from the feedback were around clarity and transparency and we have updated this final version of the Principles and Approach to address the actionable feedback received (see Customer Feedback section on page 18).

This is not the end of the engagement process. We will undertake further consultation as we develop the detail of the Business Plan and will thoughtfully consider each observation raised. Further, we will publish all consultation feedback received (and our responses) alongside the first draft of the Business Plan, other than those provided in confidence.

What happens next? 

The first draft of Business Plan 2023-24 will be published in September, alongside detailed Business Cases for each project (formerly known as Investments). At this stage, customers will have further opportunity to provide feedback.
