Our annual review is published between July–September and provides you with a comprehensive update on our performance and activities.
It was a challenging year for the energy sector, as we continued to adjust to new ways of working posed by the pandemic.
Xoserve splits into two companies
We undertook a significant restructure on 1 March 2021, which saw Xoserve split into two separate companies:
- Xoserve – which retains its role as the Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) for the gas industry with accountability for delivery of the Data Services Contract (DSC) to customers
- Correla – which was created to be an independently owned business to fuel innovation in the energy market and will deliver services back to Xoserve through a commercial contract (Correla is financed through Northedge Capital LLP)
Appointment of new CEO, Stephanie Ward
We welcomed our new CEO, Stephanie Ward, to lead us as we focus our attention on contract management and independent assurance activities.
We received our highest customer satisfaction score
This year, Xoserve received its highest ever customer satisfaction score from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
Our score increased by 7.9 points to 75, placing us above the (ICS) benchmark for customer service levels in the utilities sector.
