Customer Change Team Leader

The DCC have identified a number of potential scenarios in relation to the REL address and the details held within CDSP systems. This could potentially cause issues when communicating flows between CDSP and CSS. To remedy this, we would need to evaluate the DCC findings and look to take appropriate action to mitigate the potential data quality issues.

Potential areas for analysis are as follows:

· 270k – where gas / electric Supply Meter Points shared the same communications hub, but that the gas / electricity Supply Meter Points had differing addresses

· 1.8k – historic addresses – assumed to be sites that no longer exist, or has been subdivided

· 30k – further address challenges

There is an obligation on DSC parties to maintain the data within the Supply Point Register and Meter Point Location.

We need to analyse the data from DCC and identify and implement the relevant process with DSC parties to respond to contacts from the DCC.
