Summary
Please note that Ofgem rejected Modification 0813 on 20/07/2023, therefore XRN5606 has been withdrawn.
This change has been raised to deliver the requirements set out under UNC Modification 0813 Revision of Virtual Last Resort User and Contingent Procurement of Supplier Demand Event Triggers.
This Modification has been raised to allow the utilisation of Revision of Virtual Last Resort User (‘VLRU’) and Contingent Procurement of Supplier Demand (‘CPSD’) mechanisms where a User is subject to UK Government sanctions.
The Ofgem Decision Date for Modification 0813 is 20th July 2023.
