We’ve sent all users a system-generated email containing your login details. This includes your new username (your email address) and a temporary password for your first login.
When you log in, you’ll be prompted to reset your password.
If you haven’t received this email, please let us know by raising a support request.
You’ll need to contact your Local Security Officer (LSO) who will be able to identify your User ID and if necessary reset your password.
If you don’t know who your LSO is, please raise a support request.
We would suggest that the Meter Read Frequency (MRF) is populated for all class requests as follows:
- Class 1 –populate as Daily
- Class 2 – populate as Daily
- Class 3 – field should be populated as Monthly
- Class 4 – field becomes mandatory – we must have the proposed meter read frequency provided to us in the file. This could be A (annually), 6 (six monthly) or M (monthly).
Validation will be performed based on the Annual Quantity (AQ) roll value – where the AQ is above 293,000 kWh, this is mandatory as M.
