Our next training session

Customer Process Day - Review of Gas Metering Arrangements (RGMA) - Tuesday 15 July 2025
This customer process day will be focused on the RGMA process and the various activities involved.
The session will run from 9:30am to 3pm and will cover:

  • an overview of the RGMA process
  • creating and submitting ONJOB and ONUPD files
  • a Shipper's RGMA obligations
  • associated rejections

The session will be facilitated on Microsoft Teams, with meeting details distributed to registered customers closer to the date

Change awareness sessions

Throughout the year, we deliver major releases of functionality, alongside a stream of minor enhancements to UK Link.

Our change awareness sessions provide in-depth training on all changes involved in these releases. They give you an opportunity to learn more about the changes introduced, and you can also ask questions directly to our Customer Process Experts.
