The publication of our draft Statement of Planning Principles is the first step in our annual activities to engage with customers on the preparation of our budget for April 2026 to March 2027 and our financial forecasts for the following two years.

What is the Draft Statement of Planning Principles?
The SPP outlines the strategic framework and principles that will guide the creation of BP26, setting out our approach to building Trust through fantastic engagement, intuitive content presentation, effective assurance and clearly articulating Value for Money. It also describes how we will Innovate via the investments we will be proposing this year and how the new capacity and capability we have introduced will enable us to Deliver excellent CDSP services on behalf of our Customers.
Providing your feedback
As the first formal step in information sharing, this document is intended to create dialogue, encourage feedback and initiate action. In each section of the document, we pose questions that we believe will drive useful engagement, but we welcome all comments and feedback.
The consultation window is open until 13 July 2025, and we would love to hear your thoughts.
