18 November 2020

Version two of the draft Business Plan 2021 (BP21) was released on the 30th October. We stated at that point that the timing of the Ofgem re-baseline meant it was not possible to set out a complete Central Switching Service Consequential (CSSC) budget.

Today we are releasing an Addendum to version two of draft BP21, which provides an updated cost position for CSSC.  The Addendum includes an updated set of graphs which will show the impact of CSSC on the overall plan opposed to simply asking you to consider it in isolation.

As a result of this update, we are extending the consultation period on draft version two of BP21 by an additional week, up to midday on Friday 27th November.

What do we need from you?

The Addendum contains two questions on the updated CSSC position.  Please send your consultation responses to CustomerExperience@xoserve.com.

Your Customer Advocate will be in touch to answer any questions you may have.

What happens next?

We will use this feedback to update the Business Plan and publish a document collating feedback and responses received from our customers by Friday 4th December 2020.
