In July, we shared our vision for BP23 in our Principles and Approach document. We highlighted the proposed changes and asked for your feedback. We’ve listened to your views and replied directly to respondents. In response to your feedback, we’ve made our Business Cases more detailed, provided key financial information in various formats to aid transparency, and sought to elaborate on the scope and scale of our services.
Your feedback has also informed our plans for ongoing customer engagement. You can read more about our approach to customer engagement on page 45.
We‘ll be emailing all DSC Contract Managers shortly, with an invitation to access a secure, curated SharePoint site. This site will contain all supporting documentation, including the Business Cases and overviews which underpin the plan.
We've scheduled a number of drop-in sessions and webinars to discuss the first draft.
The dates are listed below, and you will soon receive an invitation for these activities:
- Drop-in session 1 – 10am to 11am on Thursday 20 October
- Drop-in session 2 – 2pm to 3pm on Friday 21 October
- Drop-in session 3 - 2pm to 3pm on Tuesday 25 October
- Drop-in session 4 - 10am to 11am on Wednesday 26 October
