Draft Principles and Approach – Consultation Period Closed

In June we shared with customers our 2022 Business Plan Draft Principles and Approach document. This signalled the first step in our annual activities to engage with customers on the strategic direction of our business, and specifically seek feedback on the investments we believe will deliver the greatest value during the period April 2022 to March 2025.

Now that this initial consultation period has closed, we want to share with you what happens next in our annual business planning process.

What happens next?

The 2022 Business Plan Final Principles and Approach document will be published at the end of July taking into consideration the customer feedback received during the consultation period.

We will provide monthly updates at Contract Management Committee (CoMC) covering the main themes highlighted during the consultation and details of the future engagement opportunities during our business planning process.
